The idea came naturally: the couple has a strikingly cinematic look, a deep love for romantic films, and the bride herself is a creative soul.
The goal: to create a wedding with a detailed concept where every guest would feel like part of the family’s origin story — and that’s exactly what we brought to life for Natalia and Ivan.
More than three months of preparation, hundreds of carefully curated details, and a unique storytelling approach led to the creation of a large-scale wedding project: “Just Like in the Movies.” The event lasted two days, fully immersing guests into a story of love — as if they were inside a real film.
Day 1: The pool party
Styled like a glamorous Hollywood premiere, the welcome party featured branded details that created a true red-carpet vibe: posters featuring the couple, exclusive wedding newspapers with horoscopes and love stories, signature cocktails with custom ice cubes. In a confession booth, guests recorded heartfelt messages for the couple, which were later woven into the final wedding film. The pre-party ended just like a great romcom — with a joyful group jump into the pool.
Day 2: The wedding itself
Held in the lemon garden of the Bulgari Hotel, we transformed the space into a dreamy scene inspired by Italian cinema. One of our boldest directorial decisions was to skip the host entirely — instead, guests were guided by a voiceover that gently narrated the couple’s story throughout the evening. The dinner space was styled with elegance and grace: a single long table for all guests, luxurious chandeliers, delicate bows in the floral arrangements, and a carefully curated tablescape. The bride’s unique outfit reflected her creative spirit, while cinematographic accents tied everything together visually. The emotional highlight: a one-of-a-kind podcast titled “The Cabana of Confessions,” recorded just one day before the wedding. Guests watched as the couple shared personal thoughts, the story of their first meeting, and some touching surprises. The cake moment wasn’t just one dessert — but several, each tailored to different tastes, symbolizing how every guest matters.
The celebration ended with a cozy after-party in a lounge zone, where soft lighting, music, and cocktails created the perfect movie-like finale. Every scene, every moment, and every detail was carefully crafted — turning a wedding into a film about love.
This wedding proved one thing: love is the best storyline — and we know how to turn it into a masterpiece.
