CIRCLE OF LOVE
THE CIRCLE REPRESENTS TWO PERFECT HALVES, AND OUR NEWLYWEDS ARE LIKE TWO PERFECT HALVES OF ONE WHOLE.
The bride dreamed of a beautiful ceremony with an abundance of flowers—she wanted to use only light shades close to white, but after discussing, we added pink and purple tones. We balanced the color scheme with 80% light shades and 20% pink, peach, and purple.
While crafting the first presentation for the client, complete with mood boards and seating layouts, we dared to suggest an ambitious idea: opting for a round table, a choice often met with skepticism and refusal from couples. However, our charming bride enthusiastically embraced the idea, sparking our inspiration to dive into the project.
As we crafted the decor, we pinpointed essential elements to infuse this occasion with a unique atmosphere. Utilizing flowers, candles, and crystal chandeliers: our bride desired an ambiance where everything shimmered, twinkled, and exuded a gorgeous glow. We repeatedly changed the materials used in the ceremony to achieve that perfect, shining effect. Despite suggestions to increase the number of flowers, we kept it moderate to avoid overwhelming the decor.
Location selection
Given the international nature of the event, the couple decided to hold their wedding in Dubai, with the bride being Russian and the groom Iranian. The majority of guests are from Iran and other countries. Bulgari & Resorts hotel as the venue for the celebration since it’s the finest location in Dubai in terms of privacy. With a guest list limited to 60 people, the intimate wedding will be ideally hosted in the hotel's garden for a cozy ceremony.
Another aspect to consider: the majority of venues in Dubai operate on a "minimum spend" policy, and Bulgari & Resorts is no different. This entails couples ordering a specified amount of menu items and alcohol without incurring additional charges for venue rental and service. This detail has also been taken into consideration during our preparation process.
Challenges were inevitable: the main issue was the ongoing renovations at Bulgari & Resorts. Therefore, we contemplated setting up the ceremony area in a way that would effectively block the construction site. Thus, the idea of building a 12-meter wall was born. To make it beautiful and interesting, we added a lot of sparkle and chandeliers that shimmered in the sunlight.
Another challenge we faced was coordinating the installation of a technically intricate element: a floor screen. This entailed lifting and laying the floor, as well as designing content, all within a tight timeframe of just 1.5 days. In addition, there were restrictions on noisy work until 10:00 PM, yet we handled them. The result was a stunning project that gave goosebumps not only to our couple but also to the entire team.

A wedding without songs and dances
At our first meeting with the couple, we realized that planning a wedding without dancing and singing would be challenging, inspiring us to develop a creative approach. Thus, we named the project "Circle of Love," signifying the merging of two halves into one
The circle elements formed the core of our decor: a round table, circular screen, and round podiums. Representing the two perfect halves, our newlyweds sat at the central table with the guests for convenience and comfort.
To keep guests entertained, we arranged for an orchestra, invited choreographers, and prepared a thrilling opening performance involving the bride and groom. While songs were omitted from the program, instrumental music remained, contributing to an unforgettable atmosphere that impressed the guests.
Attendees were treated to a musical surprise—a unique song, a bride's special gesture to the groom. Crafted specifically for the event, its lyrics were tailored to match the melody. This track became a true favorite, elevating the wedding ambiance.

The technical aspect of the event included the use of a floor screen and two additional screens positioned on each side. Guests walked across the illuminated screen, bringing the content to life not only on the side and vertical panels but also beneath their feet.
We utilized every inch of space to bring to life a stylish and modern concept, meticulously executing the complex setup process in an outdoor venue.
Of course, we also took into account the content, which became an integral part of this event. We crafted multiple title sequences and illustrations to seamlessly blend all the elements of the wedding together. In addition, we designed special sketches depicting the theme of remarkable encounters, where destinies entwine to form a circle.
Every detail of this project is impeccable—we take pride in the achieved result without hesitation! We managed to create the perfect color combination and make this evening truly memorable for all guests.
