From the very start, it was clear that famous performers would be involved, so the challenge was to seamlessly blend these dynamic acts into the flow of the day while preserving the warm and homely atmosphere.

The design palette featured gentle pastel hues: pearl, lilac, blush, and sky blue - a dreamy combination for a tender, intimate wedding. Mirrored panels were used to create depth and enhance the setting, allowing the flowers to catch the light and shimmer, while also reflecting the warm Dubai sunshine.
In this magical atmosphere, the bride and groom exchanged heartfelt vows and rings, officially uniting as husband and wife. They shared this emotional moment with their nearest and dearest, surrounded by love and warm wishes. As the guests were taking photos to remember the day, we smoothly transformed the ceremony area into a venue for the celebratory dinner.
Wedding dinner “Fairytale of our lives”
For the first time in this project, we implemented diagonal seating to create a seamless and comfortable arrangement that incorporated a stage with a large backdrop. We successfully integrated all the equipment and the screen within the garden’s existing arched structures.
After the first courses and some light interactive moments from the host, the couple took center stage for their first dance. The performance began with musicians, but to the guests’ surprise, Vladimir Kuzmin appeared and started singing - a delightful surprise for the bride. His moving performance of “Fairytale in my life” set the tone for the evening, enveloping everyone in an atmosphere of romance and love.
The surprises didn’t stop there. Together with the bride we had prepared a touching video for the groom, where she expressed her warmest feelings, filling the evening with love. The grand finale was a performance by the famous Soso Pavliashvili - another unexpected treat! The couple joined him for a duet of “To bring joy,” and afterward, everyone danced to the most energetic tunes.
After such a vibrant program, the wedding cake, inspired by Italian style, was served - wide, flat, and decorated with an array of fresh berries. The following day, the newlyweds and their guests traveled to the Arabian desert for an afterparty, where they capped off the celebration with a spectacular fire show, marking the start of their new life together.
In this project, we combined thoughtful technical execution with the belief that even a small, intimate wedding can be visually stunning, emotionally rich, and full of unforgettable moments. May this day remain a treasured memory for Alexandra and Polina throughout their happy life together.
