Наша пара из Швейцарии. Жених с невестой никак не могли сыграть свадьбу — постоянно что-то мешало. И вот наконец время пришло! Задача — организовать красивое, но минималистичное торжество. После изучения всех площадок и пожеланий невесты, мы пришли к выводу, что лучшей локацией для этой свадьбы будет Four Seasons Dubai. И не прогадали. Вспомним, как это было.
Первый день — непринужденный preparty
На свадьбе была интернациональная аудитория: большая часть гостей — иностранцы. Чтобы люди могли поближе познакомиться и узнать друг друга, было принято решение создать расслабленную атмосферу. Никаких развлекательных программ и насыщенных событий — только общение и мягкая подготовка к основному дню.
The couple, originally from Switzerland, had been dreaming of their wedding for a long time, but something always stood in the way. Finally, the stars aligned. The vision was clear: a stylish, minimalist celebration. After exploring all the options and listening to the bride’s wishes, we realized that Four Seasons Dubai was the ideal setting - and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Let’s relive the magic of that day.
Day one: casual pre-party
Since many of the guests were from abroad, we wanted the first evening to feel welcoming and relaxed - the perfect chance for everyone to connect before the big day. We skipped the entertainment and packed agenda in favor of a laid-back atmosphere focused on conversation and connection.
Декор локации и фото зоны выполнили в арабском стиле: колоритные подушки, торшеры, теплые лампы — всё это ещё больше добавило настроение волшебного востока. Музыкальное сопровождение было преимущественно иностранным, но и без Валерия Меладзе не обошлось! Получился такой уютный, сближающий вечер, который плавно подвел нас к основному дню.
Второй день — церемония среди пальм и ужин с русскими обычаями
Утренние сборы начались с работы стилистов над образом Екатерины, далее — фотосессия невесты с подружками, для которых мы специально подготовили брендированные халатики.
Жених с невестой готовы, а значит пора ожидать гостей. Администраторы встретили приглашённых у входа отеля Four Seasons и проводили во внутреннюю часть цветущего сада, где проходил welcome. Изюминкой мероприятия стал и особенный дресс-код: подружки невесты надели исключительно чёрные наряды, а у остальных гостей был достаточно свободный выбор одежды, но в палитре мероприятия.
Ведущий без микрофона в формате легкого разговора знакомится с публикой, пока гости пьют шампанское и напитки бара, персонализированного под пару. Екатерина и Андрей очень любят кошек, поэтому на велкоме мы решили устроить китти-лаундж. Background музыка от диджея добавила нужного настроя.
И вот ведущий приглашает гостей присесть в зону церемонии. Невысокая платформа, окруженная тропическими пальмами и закатным солнцем. По бокам два ряда кресел, вдоль которых живые цветы. Среди такой красоты пара обменялась кольцами и произнесла заветные слова.
Далее самая веселая часть программы началась с красивейшей традиции — каравая от родителей. Здесь восточный колорит впервые встретился с русским. Следом подняли настроение легкие интерактивы, сюрприз от невесты, баблы на двух языках и веселые конкурсы. В один момент 15 друзей жениха вышли одновременно, чтобы выпить водку с локтя — вот это настоящее зрелище для иностранцев! А дальше много танцев, показ лав-стори и, конечно, подача торжественного свадебного торта.
Вот такой колоритной и насыщенной получилась свадьба русских Екатерины и Андрея из Швейцарии в арабском городе Дубай. Событие стало запоминающимся не только для пары, но и для всех гостей. А мы были рады создать такой необычный и яркий проект!
The decor and photo zone were styled with Arabian charm: vibrant cushions, elegant lanterns, and soft lighting that created a warm, magical vibe. The music leaned international, though a touch of Valeriy Meladze gave it a familiar twist. The evening felt cozy and heartfelt - a perfect, easy start to the celebration.
Day two: ceremony among palm and a dinner with Russian soul
The day began with the bridal preparations, as stylists worked their magic on Ekaterina. Soon after, the bride enjoyed a fun and elegant photo shoot with her bridesmaids, who wore custom-designed robes created especially for the occasion.
With both bride and groom ready, it was time to welcome the guests. Our team greeted everyone at the entrance of the Four Seasons and guided them into a blooming inner garden where the welcome reception was held.
One of the standout elements of the day was the unique dress code: the bridesmaids wore chic black dresses, while the rest of the guests were free to choose their outfits - as long as they stayed within the wedding’s carefully curated color scheme
The host, in a casual and friendly tone, mingled with the guests - no microphone, just light conversation - as they enjoyed champagne and signature cocktails from a custom bar created in honor of the couple. Knowing Ekaterina and Andrey’s love for cats, we added a playful touch to the welcome area: a cozy kitty lounge. Meanwhile, the DJ’s background music set the perfect relaxed vibe.
As the sun began to set, the host gently invited everyone to take their seats for the ceremony. A low platform nestled among tropical palms, bathed in golden evening light, became the heart of the celebration. Two rows of chairs lined with fresh flowers created a romantic aisle. In this magical setting, the couple exchanged rings and shared the words that marked the beginning of their forever.
The most joyful part of the celebration kicked off with a timeless Russian tradition — the presentation of bread and salt by the parents. It was the perfect moment where Russian customs first met the ambiance of the East. From there, the energy picked up with lighthearted interactive moments, a surprise performance by the bride, bilingual toast bubbles, and entertaining games. Fifteen of the groom’s friends came out at once to drink vodka from their elbows - a true spectacle that left the international guests amazed! The night rolled on with lively dancing, a touching love story video, and of course, the grand reveal of the wedding cake.
This vibrant and culturally rich celebration of Russian couple Ekaterina and Andrey - now living in Switzerland - came to life in the heart of Dubai. A truly unforgettable experience, not just for the couple, but for every guest. And we were thrilled to bring such a bold and beautiful vision to life.
