A new hotel in Dubai, which immediately entered the list of The World’s 50 Best Hotels 2024, is located on the waterfront in the Business Bay area. This is a new-generation boutique hotel, focusing on “quiet luxury,” contemporary art, and top-level gastronomy.

Its design was created by the Parisian studio Gilles & Boissier: public areas are decorated in a minimalist style, while in the rooms the combination of furniture, textiles, and lighting is carefully considered.
